Hints are now accessible using the CLI subcommand `rustlings hint
<exercise name`.

BREAKING CHANGE: This fundamentally changes the way people interact with exercises.

Roberto Vidal 2cdd61294f feat: improve watch execution mode 
The `watch` command now requires user action to move to the next
exercise.
