install latest viper 2.7.1.0, open it and grant ROOT access
it will reboot automatically but DON'T FORGET TO PRESS VOLUME UP UNTIL DEVICE GO TO RECOVERY !!!!
go to data/adb/modules/Viper4AndroidFX
rename "post-fs-data.sh" to "post-fs-data.sh.bak" or you can simply remove it
Move /magisk/v4a/system/etc/audio_effects.conf to /magisk/v4a/system/vendor/etc/audio_effects.conf (check the permissions)
Reboot
